Room was very clean. Manager was available on phone for any question. breakfast was fresh and great.

Friendly staff, okay accommodations.
We couldn’t take the bus— it apparently didn’t run on Sunday— which meant we were a long distance, though walkable, from a restaurant. OTOH, we ended up walking to the Archaelogical park, which after flying from San Francisco, was a good idea.

great check in - place i locals a bit out of the way but catch the local bus to the actual Town of Ostia and it is quite good fun. We had an evening mean and breakfast at the downstairs shop and both were good.
WIFI not available in room during our stay.

La signora che mi ha contattato telefonicamente è stata gentile e molto carina, nulla da dire a riguardo.
Mi ha concesso il check-in tardi, e la cosa è stata molto gradita e funzionale.
Il letto era molto comodo e la stanza aveva una dimensione adeguata.
Non ho potuto usufruire della colazione perché, da un lato, ero in ritardo, e dall'altro non sapevo dove farla.
Posizione top per chi deve partire da Fiumicino, a 15-20 minuti di auto.
Purtroppo, al mio arrivo e non appena accese le luci della stanza, non uno ma DUE scarafaggi mi hanno dato il benvenuto (io, purtroppo, terrorizzata da quegli insetti) e questo non mi è piaciuto affatto. La logistica del bagno non era ideale (wc, doccia e bidet moltissimo vicini) ma la cosa molto fastidiosa è stata che il telefono della doccia funzionava solo premendo contemporaneamente due pulsanti con due mani diverse, il che ha reso il lavaggio capelli più scomodo del solito. L'acqua calda ha impiegato moltissimo per uscire (e l'acqua calda era stranamente a destra e non a sinistra), lo scarico del bagno era rotto, scaricava pochissimo e ho dovuto scaricare riempiendo d'acqua il bidoncino dell'immondizia. Non avevo prese accanto al letto. Insomma, diverse cosine migliorabili!
