Very good location. Neat and clean room with ample space. The breakfast tokens was awesome, nice welcoming refreshments in the fridge as well.
Could be a cultural thing but the two separate duvets are quite an odd custom.. the airconditioning unit leaked water that we had to catch up/dry when the aircon was on. But this won't change my ratings op the place as it's easy to correct :)

the room was very pleasant looking and well lit; there was a mini-fridge and coffee maker; it was located in the old-town and walking distance to a lot of the sights that I wanted to see.
there was no chair in the room--I had to sit on the toilet bowl in order to put on my socks. There was no full-length mirror, and the "head-size" mirror was placed so high, that there was no way that I could see any part of me in it. But the real problem, for me, was the steep staircase that I had to drag my luggage up. There was no elevator, and no person on duty to help me. I'm a small woman, traveling alone, and lifting my heavy luggage up those stairs was extremely arduous for me--it took me almost 30 minutes to get up the stairs. The old town isn't accessible by car; there are 2 pedestrian entries. The one near the hotel had a set of steps which was daunting to me (luckily a passing town person saw me struggling and carried my bag for me), and the one without steps was very far from the hotel, and it was very difficult to roll luggage over the cobblestone streets.
