2. 枕頭還蠻扁的，沒什麼存在感。
3. 因為是木頭地板，所以要輕踩，不然會嘎嘎作響。
4. 入住 App 中的 HOW TO 要等到入住當天才能知曉，對於習慣提早安排行程的人，可能會覺得有點緊張。

The apartment is beautiful and spacious! Bed is quite comfy and has everything you would need (laundry/kitchen). The location could not be beat! I am still amazed at how much sound insulation the apartment has despite its proximity to the riverwalk.
To contact the property you are required to download a separate app; this app serves as an AI assistant. First, downloading apps on international phone plans is always a burden--eating up data plans, slow download speed, and requiring a healthy battery life. Second, once downloaded, it was easy to see all the basic apartment details, but it was cumbersome when trying to get more complex questions answered or communicate with the apartment staff. It seemed by outsourcing most questions to the app, the staff no longer had to be attentive to client concerns/communication.
I expect that an average stay should not require much client interaction, but our scenario was quite specific:
We booked extremely last minute (I later realized it was booked at 7:58 and the check-in period ends at 8.) I had immediately messaged to ask if we can check-in late by texting the contact number and received no reply. We went to the apartment anyway, arriving at 11pm.
When following the check-in instructions in the app, you must have a human virtually buzz you into the apartment before accessing they key box. We rang the doorbell at least a dozen times over an hour, called the contact number, emailed the company, and left messages on booking...all to no avail, we were locked out of the building with no way in. Before trying to find another place to stay, we tried one last effort....get a drink at the bar down the staircase and wait for someone to enter the apartment, sprint up the stairs and tailgate them into the building. Luckily that approach worked! We got in. Everything was smooth sailing after that.

The apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Ljubljana, overlooking the river and the riverside bars. We stayed there as a family for two nights. It is well-equipped, featuring amenities such as a washing machine and air conditioning, and everything was very clean and tidy. Sleeping arrangements consist of a bed for two and a sofa bed for another two, which was perfectly adequate for a two-night stay.
Check-in and all communication with the rental agency are handled exclusively via a specific app that you need to download; however, the entire process went smoothly.
The apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone, so you cannot drive right up to the entrance. You can use the parking garage directly beneath Congress Square, though it is quite expensive—albeit fine for unloading luggage. We ended up parking a bit further outside the city center.
The location is excellent; there is a small supermarket and a bakery right on the corner, and you are immediately in the center of Ljubljana.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return on a future visit.

- It was very clean.
- The location is excellent.
- Nice view from the flat.
- There is no lift. It is the second floor, and it is difficult to climb with all the luggages.
- it is too rustic along the route to the apartment. Some plaster reparation in the corridor in front of the flat entrance could be conducted. Inside the flat all is nice and tidy.
- WiFi is of poor quality. It turned out the the router is in the neighbouring apartment. It might be advised to install a booster.
- TV set is to be provided.
- Kitchen is not equipped with a microwave and a toaster.
- The checkin/checkout concept is too commercialized, soulless and uncompromising
- Communication manners are warmless and tactless.
