I had an emergency at home , hours before the arrival. The booking was unrefundable but the stuff was so nice and I am in awe for the understanding and the thoughtful attitude.
I got my money back. Waiting for the opportunity to stay there.

1. The location is in the center of Jerusalem.
2. The price is relatively reasonable.
3. The place has an atmosphere of combining the old with the new.
4. The surroundings of the accommodation are very pastoral.
5. The mattress is hard (not high quality but hard).
6. Plenty of hot water in the shower.
7. The apartment is very big.

1. The door at the entrance is very difficult to open [room number 4] (the owner said they are aware of the problem, but because they are old doors it is impossible to fix).
2. The sofa is really old and full of stains (I added pictures).
3. The refrigerator is old and has no partition between the refrigerator and freezer, it froze my food (I attached a picture).
4. The air conditioner is very small with two small outlets for both rooms (I attached a picture) and it was unable to heat the room.
5. The flow in the kitchen sink is very weak!!
6. The lock in the shower does not work.
