Carolina met upon arrival. Gave detailed instructions of places to dine and help set up taxi arrangements for the next day back to airport.
Our trip into Rome was 1 day but we were able to do a guided tour from 8-1pm (Spanish Steps, Colloseum, Trevi Fountain, 2 beautiful churches) after checking in we caught a taxi to St. Peters Basilica/Sistine Chapel.) Walked around, nibbeled on pistacchio cannolis and sipped on coffee. And then we walked back. It was about a 30-35min walk. We stopped at a local pizzeria around the corner and had some wine and dinner. So lovely !
We got up 530am the next day , on Sunday and hit the Porto Potesse Flea Market as vendors were setting up. I was able to score some 2nd hand vinatage fashions for less than 15 euros and souvenirs to bring back. I feell like its easier to haggle at the market for a better price than at stores with fixed prices. We stayed til 730 and walked back to the Traveste colors. Her mother and father set table and made breakfast for us the next morning by 830am . We had a quick bite to eat and our taxi for Rome airport was right at the door by 850am.

It was in a great location in Trastevere. Carolina and her family are great hosts that make you feel right at home, always willing to help and give good recommendations.
Maybe the fact that there is no elevator which is a bit uncomfortable when you have more than one suitcase. Other than that, the property is very comfortable.

A great location. Our host Carolina and her mom where exceptional. They made us feel like family. I almost cried when I was leaving.
The shower was very tight and small or maybe I'm just too fat lol

Location, friendly helpful staff.
Old & run down. Bathroom is not practical. Needs a storage, towel hooks, toilet role holder. Shower not safe. Water everywhere.
