The staff were helpful from the time of booking.. A taxi was booked for us from the airport and then very helpful knowledge of the area. We used several of her suggestions and it enhanced our visit.
Nothing can really be done about this - the lift was tiny but it ended up working out to get our heavy luggage up the stairs. Everything else was as it had been written and described.

The location was great, walkable from the acropolis and the center. Also not very busy, and there were many restaurants around.
The place is run down. A locked wooden door separated our room from the next guest's room (instead of a wall).
