The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The location is excellent—close to the main sights and easy to find. The pool is lovely, and the massages at the spa are very good.
Although the resort is charming, the overall experience feels firmly four-star. Perhaps our expectations were high after staying at Viroth’s in Siem Reap, where the service and staff were exceptional and the food was excellent. Here, breakfast is average, and the staff serving the pool area are not particularly friendly. There are also a lot of mosquitoes and pigeons around the pool and throughout the resort. The lack of bathroom doors in the rooms is another drawback, offering little privacy and making things uncomfortable when sharing with a friend.

The stunning tropical gardens, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent breakfast make this place truly special. The spa is an absolute highlight! A very special thank you to Aley, who has golden hands and makes every massage an unforgettable experience of pure relaxation. I can’t wait to return!

Location near Royal Palace.
Beautiful gardens and fishpond.
Great breakfast and pleasant dinner by the pool.
Very clean.
Our standard room and bathroom were a bit small, although fine for 1 night.
