The staff is, as most of the Japanese people, very friendly, nice and professional. The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It had everything that I needed and was perfectly clean. The location is excellent. About 3-4 minutes to the Asakusabashi station where you can take the train/metro to the airport and easily reach important spots in the city. You can also walk a couple of minutes and see the Sumida River. I would definitely come back, when I'm back in Tokyo.
If the people in the hallway are loud, you can hear it in your room, so earplugs might be needed if you are a light sleeper

Location is close to metro station, very good and safety neighbourhood. The room was small but clean.

Great staff and location. Plenty of food options nearby - walking distance. 25 minute walk to town and to Tokyo station. Basic facilities and has lift access.
Bathroom is incredibly small (shower bath and toilet in one) and would have loved an iron in the room
