It was near a metro station
The robots , and it had a moldy and humid smell

Very close to public transport (JR and Subway), lots of small restaurants and cute shops nearby. Hotel is very clean and practical, amenities provided.
Description of station exit to the hotel should be provided. On arrival I took the east exit and got lost a bit.

The novelty of staying at a “robot hotel” aside, it was also quite close to an excellent coffee shop called Nano. The LG Styler was also fun to try. We arrived very late and left early the next day; it was alright for a night.

The location was convenient to go to other parts of Tokyo although the closest train station is about 100m away. Human staff members were friendly. There are also easy to use luggage locks if you want to leave your luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out. When the room's window is closed, you can't hear the train so soundproofing is fairly good. Extra amenities are available at the lobby.
The hotel in general and furniture in the room is quite worn from wear and tear but still functional. The room is quite small and it was difficult to open large luggage.
