Staff were lovely and went above and beyond for me. They were helpful with any questions I had. The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby, and transit connections.
The bathroom wasn't super well ventilated, and when I arrived it had a lingering damp smell, but it was not a major issue

ホテルに到着寸前で転けてしまい、事情を話して、
近くのクリニックを探してくれたり、タクシーを手配してくれたり、冷やすためのアイスパックを貸してくれたり、とても親切に対応してくれました。有り難かったです。
ホテル内にコインランドリーが無くて、外に行かなくてはならなかったのが不便でした。

Room was rundown.
For a non-smoking hotel, it smelt of cigarettes.
Small rooms and dark.
I stayed elsewhere for cheap with better quality.
