Rooms were nice and clean
Location was great for visiting orangutans
Very well kept
We struggled with breakfast, so had to go out to eat.
Was a little far from town to go to eat.
Swimming pool was very small

Location was good and the setting of the property was very pretty. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.
Staff weren’t great - we got there after check in time and room wasn’t ready. They gave us drink vouchers and said they would come and get us when it was. After nearly and hour we went to ask and it was ready but they had forgotten to tell us. We got into our room and had no electricity key, again took a long time to get this.
Air con machine was above one of the beds and this leaked onto the bed.
Food and drink appeared quite expensive compared to other properties nearby so we would go to those instead to eat/drink.
