Staff super friendly and the room was small but very clean and comfortable for a 5 year old and an adult. We loved having a public bath option in the hotel but forgot our towels (oops!). We did not realized there was an escalator stair option directly from the subway and unfortunately schlepped our luggage up and down stairs and around the block. It is very convenient if you dont do that. Also the bus to airport was great and easy. The nearby shrine was the most impressive one we saw in our 7 weeks in Japan.
The food was not good for the hotel breakfast. And they are pretty strict about the check in time. There's not much to do in the lobby. And the city has mosquitos so beware if you visit the temple.

Proximity to Keisei NRT Station. It’s duper clean and staff is nice. Good amenities and cute little onsen.
In the small double rooms the beds and space are really tiny. Luggage storage under bed but if the suitcase is too big it gets tight. But they offer bigger rooms too.
