Room is large and comfortable but it’s far away from restaurant and town. There hotel buss that will take you but every 1 hour.

This property was great. There is a free shuttle to narita station and area if you only have a few hours to kill. Shuttle is always on time. The free shuttle to airport is quick and easy. The hotel has a small convenient store with everything you need. Restaurant was pricey. There is a smoking room. The rooms were clean with everything you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was great. Excellent for layovers.

Was a great place to stay for one night in transit with easy airport shuttle. Alacarte items on the menu for suppr could have been a bit more varied and interesting. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Urgent Feedback on Recent Stay I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at your establishment, and unfortunately, it was not up to the standard I expected. Firstly, the sheets in our room were not clean, and the lack of functioning air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. Despite having an in-room thermostat, we were informed that it was centralized and non-operational. This left me puzzled as to why it was present in the room if it couldn't be used. Moreover, the room itself was in poor condition. The dusty carpet around the walls and furniture, coupled with hairballs scattered throughout, exacerbated our dust allergies. We had to resort to taking allergy medication to endure our two-night stay. The bathroom posed additional concerns, as we observed mold and mildew growth on the ceiling and walls. The proximity of the shower to the low ceiling became uncomfortable. These hygiene issues significantly impacted our overall satisfaction. Lastly, the luggage storage arrangement was suboptimal. Despite a designated room for storage, our luggage was left in the open, near the door, without any supervision. This raised security concerns and left us uneasy about the safety of our belongings. I believe that addressing these issues will enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that future guests can enjoy an improved stay.

This property was clean and staff were welcoming. The free shuttle to and from the airport are wonderful. The shuttle to Narita city was a great asset for a one night stay. The room was equipped with everything you needed but was very small. We only had one suitcase so it was ok but 2 suitcases would be tight. We had smoking rooms which was good for us, the windows open which was nice. There is a convenient store which had everything you could need. They had different pillows which helped with what you preferred in pillows. Overall it was good for one night

Free airport transfer to and from narita about 15 mins away. Issue with the room was there was a smoke stench in bathroom for room 209 when it was supposed to be smoke free.

Very easy to transfer from Narita Airport. As a family of 5, was good to be able to stay in one room together.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, will always go back to them. Rooms are not all updated but very comfortable and have everything we need, good shuttles to stations and mall.

Convenient option to stay close to the airport with free shuttle bus transfer to/fro Narita Airport

The room was sparkling clean and had a small refrigerator and electric kettle and all toiletrie. Th service was excellent. The view and soundings are beautiful. The lobby has several seating areas and a small convenience store inside the lobby that make the stay very comfortable. The free transportation to Narita airport was a great convenience. I definitely stay there again next time when i want to be close to airport.

A/C was’nt working in the room and we opened the window but every so often the airplanes were loud. Overall spacious room and very convenient shuttle to and from the airport.

A very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Our room was small but efficient, with every amenity and convenience we could have needed. Parking is a little difficult because you need the staff to do something to your pass to get in/out privilege but they don’t understand very well. That was one downside was that the staff really did not speak any English, which normally wouldn’t be a fault against the hotel except that in this case it’s so close to an international airport and the hotel specifically claims that English is one of the languages spoken by hotel staff.

Easy free transportation to and from the airport and to train station. Friendly and very helpful staff. A perfect one nighter if continuing to final destination.

I changed rooms since the first room (1027) was stuffy, no ventilation in the bathroom, & the whole room smelled like mildew. The second room (727) was upgraded but was still stuffy even when the windows were opened. I was not well rested the 2 nights I stayed over. Some of the positively was the friendly and helpful staff and the shuttle to the AEON mall and airport.

Convenient to Narita Airport!

Nice place and location. Didn't really like the cigarette smell and didn't reserve a smoking room. Rooms a bit tiny!

A well maintained hotel with good services available from the jotel.

Great overnight stay in a (really,really) large hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with decent storage space. Hotel has a lot to offer (pool, bath) and is used as a crew hotel by major airlines. Good amenities. Walking path and koi pond are relaxing and calming. There is nothing within walking distance but hotel offers shuttle to JR Narita Station and AEON. Hotel has onsite restaurants (2 closed while I was there) and a buffet with Asian and Western offerings (although a little on the high price side). There is also a small convenience store just past reception. Hotel has a bar/lounge but it is temporarily closed. Shuttles to JR Station/AEON and airport both ran on time and were comfortable. This is a very nice hotel at a very good price (comparable to other high end hotels in the area). I would stay here again.

Check in process was easy and the staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Room was spacious and amenities provided were great. The provided pajamas were especially comfortable. Definitely a lot of value for what was paid.
