Great staff, don't remember their names but we had a little chat in the elevator while they were helping me with my luggage, told me he was from the Philippines.

I was very pleased with my accommodation! The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff, from check-in to check-out, were amazing. The breakfast buffet is excellent! I am definitely recommending ANA Crowne Plaza Narita to all my friends, relatives & colleagues traveling to Narita! See you again in my future travels.

The hotel was great value for the price we paid. The hotel shuttle buses are great too. Staff very accommodating. Would have loved to stay longer,
