The shuttle bus is awesome. Family mart inside the hotel which is all you need for a layover.
No real cons at all, will stay again for any layover we’ll have at Narita.
Nothing really, everything you could ask for for a layover.

Close to airport. Sauna gym onsen pool
Sauna gym pool and onsen opens at 2:00 pm so can’t use the next morning. Had to wait and check in till 3 even though rooms were available. Said they didn’t have an extra pillow
