Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus to Aeon Mall was standing room only but a good way to kill the day. Exceptional Japanese efficiency with over and above helpful staff and shuttle bus drivers.
Nothing around the hotel. Had to eat dinner there which was terribly expensive and had almost nothing good for vegetarians.

We loved the proximity to the airport and how the concierge spoke English! We booked the day of since the Airbnb was 2 hr away from Narita and we had a morning flight that we would’ve missed. There was a convenience store in the lobby which was a blessing from our 2hr bus from Tokyo and an hour trip from the town our Airbnb was located. The bed was clean. There was central air, tooth brushes with toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, and water heater. We arrived around 8PM so we didn’t really explore the amenities such as the gym, pool, or restaurant.
There were multiple carpet stains and a random bloody finger print on bathroom door.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and I couldn’t find the sauna and spa and the staff weren’t able to tell me where they were located I looked everywhere. So that was a bit disappointing. But the rest of the stay was nice. We didn’t eat at the buffet dinner too expensive and we weren’t that hungry for that much food.
