It wasn't too far from Narita Airport. The container room was compact but clean and comfortable. Toiletries can be got from reception as were hot drinks. The coffee was good. You get a frozen dinner which you cooked in your room using the microwave provided.
You had too climb up a short flight of metal steps to get to the room. Dangerous in wet weather or if you are elderly.

So, the container hotel approach in Japan is cool. However, this ones units were extremely close to the road, so there was a lot of road traffic. Hotel should provide free earplugs. (I always bring my own). The best thing about this place is the free freshly-ground coffee and green tea machines located in the (additional) 40-foot container guest 'hang-out' unit, which was extremely clean and new.
The location, unfortunately, was not easy to find - at all. And we walked all the way on a weird, circuitous trail through rice paddies (and even someone's home entrance...). I definitely suggest English SIGNS and explicit travel directions from rail and subway systems. Japan is confusing enough, but when you hit Nagoya, there's precious little English help or directions.

We got free meal and tea, coffee.
It was quite difficult to reach the hotel from the airport, only one bus goes there directly (~30 min), but if you have lots of time you can take other bus (travel time ~2,30 h). You can hear the planes landing, but fortunately for us there were only a few.
