The famous Japanese disk "Beef Curry" did not have any meat at all. What a joke. The cook should be fired.

The hotel is very comfortable with friendly, well trained staff providing excellent service. Check-in and checkout processes were very efficient. Our room was huge for Japan (33 sq m) and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was the best we had in Japan and even the dinner exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers two free shuttle bus services - one to and from Narita airport and the other one to and from the town of Narita - making it an easy and good value option for a stopover.
I highly recommend this hotel for a one night stopover when entering or leaving Japan.

Wir haben das Zimmer für eine Nacht gebraucht da am nächsten Morgen der Flug ging. Sehr großes Zimmer, das auch wenn es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist sehr gut in Schuss gehalte wird. Man hat viel Platz um den Koffer zu packen. Im Hotel steht außerdem ein Lawson und diverse Restaurants zur Verfügung. Der Shuttle Bus zum Flughafen fährt sehr regelmäßig.

再次入住，因為第二日坐內陸早機，非常方便坐穿梭巴士5分鐘去到Terminal 3。
今次入住別館三人房，房間比較大。
穿梭巴士時間表改變了，由機場去酒店位置也改變了。酒店安排位置上車坐穿梭巴士比較清晰了，分A,B 區去分別去機場或成田市。

Location is superb. Only five minutes away by hotel shuttle from Terminal 2. Breakfast options are extensive and food is very tasty. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional.
Walls between rooms are not quite noise cancelling. I could clearly hear the neighbors cough and watch TV. No gym facility for a four-star hotel.

Clean, well laid out Japanese style room. Only about 10 mun bus ride from Terminal 1.
The room was stuffy - I was advised by staff that in winter the aircon is a heater only. The room was uncomfortably hot all night, so we all got little sleep. Yes, you can open the windows IF you want to hear planes & buses all night. This issue negates all the positives, would not book here (at least in winter)

Easily accessible via shuttle and the rooms were big enough for the 3 of us. We found the breakfast great and catered for all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was downright rude, a rarity in Japan but honestly they were downright rude and indifferent! Facilities are old and really need a renovation / upgrade!

Location is very convenient, just 10 minutes by the airport with the hotel shuttle. The staff is very kind and there is a convenient store in the hotel open 24/7.
The property is very outdated. It really needs a major renovation. Cleanliness needs to be improved (I had to move room cause it was not properly cleaned). Also, the price are relatively high compare to the Japanese standards for what the hotel is offering: I checked in at 10:30 pm and there was nothing available except for the convenient store. Maybe, considering it’s a airport hotel, the times of the outlets could be extended.

Close to Tokyo station. Very nice!
We opted to pay up front for breakfast every morning. Once there, two choices. Continental breakfast in hotel or 500 yen voucher to choose a restaurant in the Tokyo station. Had to pay extra for every meal inside the station. The voucher was for only about 1/3 of what we paid. Should have been at least 1000 yen...to get it closer to what was already paid.

Todo.Está súper cerca del aeropuerto con rápido servicio de shuttle. Una organización perfecta en cualquier requerimiento ; amables, cordiales en recepción. El hotel tiene mucho movimiento .Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras ,suaves en decoración ,súper limpias con todo lo necesario; tranquilidad en todo el espacio .Se está a gusto después de un vuelo largo.

We stayed at Hotel Nikko for one night upon arrival in Tokyo. Airport shuttle to and from hotel was seemless. Rooms very large, property very clean, and staff welcoming and helpful. A couple of restaurants on site as well. Would recommend to other travellers.

Absolutely spotless and very welcoming. For English speakers, you will be able to communicate no problem. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional and a great first meal in Japan! There is also a shuttle for Narita Airport that take you to and from the hotel. As expected, they are punctual and treat your luggage with the utmost care.

We are customers since 1989, our last visit was in 2019 before Covid, this year we see changes in some renovation in the room❤ the breakfast at the Serena Dining serves east and west style, we always enjoy their Japanese style breakfast

The airport shuttle was very fast and convenient. I would recommend looking at the bus schedule to make sure you don't miss your flight or the bus back to the hotel in the evening. The coffee shop in the hotel lobby is very nice.
I was surprised by how busy the bus was on the way downtown in the afternoon. There was standing room only and I really had push to get into the bus. Make sure you get into the bus queue early so; that you don't have to stand with your butt hanging out of the bus door.

The hotel looked exactly like the photos and worked out well for our family. The location is convenient from Ueno Station, and the room is comfortable! I was thankful to have a refrigerator, a sink with a set of pans and dishes, a clothes washer and a full bathroom. I highly recommend this location if you want to wash and dry clothes.
I thought everything was fine and did not mind that I saw staff once or twice. I am sorry I may have confused the trash sorting.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast and variety of on-property venues, incl cafe & sundry shop. shuttle bus to airport awesome! allowed us early check-in (fee) and late check out, so we could sleep off a red-eye flight.
Our room did not ever cool down-AC didn’t work properly.
