Great location in a little walkable area of Narita and conveniently located close to the airport, train stations. The staff was available 24/7 and extremely helpful, attentive. Very good value for the price. Comfortable diggs, and lots of desk space.
Bathroom is a little cramped and tub height is so high its a little odd to what im used to. Bed was not overly comfortable, but their bedding was plush and they provided plenty of pillows to compensate.

The room was spacious and very comfortable— many freebies were provided such as face masks and personal care products. The location overall was peaceful and filled with nice views, making long walks seem short.
Nothing, the hotel overall was very accommodating.
