Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I will definitely look into booking with Richmond hotel for my trip to Osaka next year

This hotel is the most comfortable hotel we stayed at for the trip (we stayed at three different hotels). The room is spacious and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service is super convenient for the early flight. We will stay here again for future travel to Japan!

Clean room. Great staff. Each staff was so polite and helpful. Great amenities. Location was so good at Narita area. Only a few minute to reach at the hotel from Keisei Narita station by foot. Easy to find. You can reach form Narita airport by Keisei Line(JR Narita station is 5 minutes walk to the hotel).
A lots of restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores near the hotel,
The room was not so small like a usual business hotels. That was good point for me.
At the lobby, they had Coffee/hot water machine. So you can get fresh coffee or tea.
The hotel had a restaurant.
