A fabulous stay prior to an early flight

This is the first time I've used a sleep pod, and it was brilliant. So clean, comfortable and convenient for an early flight out of Narita airport. I was really impressed with the facility and what fabulous value for money it was. It is based at T2, but it's very easy to get to T1 by a free shuttle bus.

Convenient for single travelers, more expensive for families as capsules are charged per person

location good for catching early flights out of the airport

did not have travel adaptors for Australian appliances. We brought 3pin adaptors supposedly for japan which were not suitable Reception have no adaptors to buy or rent making it difficult to use our sleep apnea machine and charge our phones

Best idea for an early flight

Convenient to the airport, very handy with my early flight. Clean and easy to use. All amenities were available and good quality Two power ports are also available for charging phones or laptops

I would have liked some sort of fan to create air flow in the pod

Cheap, convenient, safe

It’s connected to the airport and there were signs to guide you to it. The wifi was fast, has all the essentials you need and safe for women. Stayed at other 9h nine hours hotels around Japan before and they were all great for the price.

If you are a light sleeper, I can’t recommend capsule hotels as you will hear noise from other guests either their movements or alarm clocks.

運が悪いと異次元のイビキにやられる

宿泊システムが楽しかった。

施設のせいではないが、１９時頃に入った瞬間から異次元のイビキにやられた。耳栓で多少助かったがダブルでやられた。

両隣が、すでに睡眠中の部屋をあてがわれたのですがその時はまだ他のカプセルが空いていたから違うカプセルをと頼んだけど断られてしまった

非常不错！很方便！

第一次尝试胶囊旅馆，比想象中舒适！入住的时候柜台会很用心的讲解一些注意事项！可以淋浴，也有提供吹风筒！隔音不是很好，但是有提供耳塞！去Terminal 1有免费的巴士！很方便！如果一大早就要出发搭飞机的话非常推荐这家旅馆！

Great for a temporary stay (layover, overnight, etc.)

Ideal location (very close to the airport). Decent shower and toilet facilities, and storage available for one large suitcase and carry-on. Sleeping area is a single pod, but sufficient for a temporary stay.

Cozy little stop to recharge and rest after or before a flight

Coming straight off a long flight and then being able to walk to accommodation was so good and it was so Comfortable and quiet everyone was really respectful

Only 3 showers so had to wait a bit to shower but it wasn’t the biggest deal

Good value for a short stay.

Check in as very easy. Location easy to find with signs throughout the airport and train station. The shower and toilet facilities very clean. Toiletries provided was a nice touch.

The capsules are warm. There is no ventilation. I kept the shade partly open and slept with my head towards the hallway to get some cool air. Some slept with their shades completely open.

Good. Would stay again if in need of an overnight airport stay or for a few hours in airport.

First time in a capsule so took a bit of getting used to. But the bed was comfy and the shower facilities were good. These were important to me as I’d been camping the previous few nights.

A few guests were making noise in the night. I’m not sure the property could have done anything about this because they do remind you and there are signs everywhere.

It was really close to the airport terminal 2. Perfect if you need to catch a early flight!

The temperature of the shower kept changing on its own. The couchion wasn't the best.

Exceptional

Near to the airport. Its clean, there is a shower room. The 9hrs is just a motto, you don't actually stay for 9hrs. You can checkout from the hotel at 10am the next morning.

the location near terminal 2.

the pillow was like a stone. not at all comfortable as other hotels. they could easily replace the pillows with a cheap ones just to make more comfort for the guests.

neat and clean with proper managed

Please replace your hard pillow with a soft pillow . thin mattress, and the person next to me snored so loudly that I couldn't sleep the entire night, and I had to check out early.

I liked the convenient location and honestly that was about all. Capsule hotels are not for me! The pillows used were as hard as rocks...

Reception staff attitude was a bit rude.

Superb

Conveniently located within terminal 2 of Narita Airport, a great option to stay if you need to catch an early flight. The place is clean and new. The shower facility is especially spacious for a capsule hotel.

High number of people checking in during the wee hours, the noise generated can be quite disruptive for light sleepers. You can hear people snoring, walking, packing/unpacking their luggage etc. The curtain for each capsule does not block out the noise entirely.

Exceptional

Staying at a capsule hotel is a nice experience to have in Japan. Although a bit more expensive than other more comfortable options (farther from the airport), none other could beat the location practically inside the airport. Also, the facilities were very clean and neat. The amenities bag came with a towel, hand towel, toothbrush, pajamas and slippers . Inside the capsule, there was a futon, very comfortable pillow and blankets. The futon might not be comfortable for those not used to it, but it serves its purpose. The capsule is spacious. Before sleeping ours, it is possible to listen to relaxing noises. There is also an electric outlet and dimming control for the lighting. Restrooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Okay rest.

The location was great because it's 2min outside the airport. The staff were nice. The amenities bag had pajamas, towels, toothbrush. The shower room had shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The capsules aren't well ventilated so after you close the screen it can get pretty warm. The staff give you ear plugs, use them, because you can hear people in the other pods.
