When we booked our accommodation we made a mistake with the dates and the staff were so helpful and made sure that we had a comfortable room for all of our nights in Arequipa. The breakfast was very tasty and the laundry service was great. We liked the areas inside and the rooftop to relax in the evenings.
Everything was great!

The hotel has a very convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and before check in (we arrived around 5.30) we could store our luggage, relax at the reception and use their toilet and shower. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty

We liked the tea and the breakfast
The noise and also the staff did not speak English well enough to properly communicate with us. Additionally, toiletries were listed as provided for free but actually they charge for them.
