El patio que se ve en las fotos es bonito. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de la plaza de armas.

La habitación es muy antigua. De los enchufes saltan chispas cada vez que se usan. Esto es peligroso y podría causar un incendio. El desayuno acaba a las 9. Llegamos a las 8.55 el primer día y nos dijeron que ya no podían servirlo. El segundo día pedimos desayuno para llevar porque íbamos de excursión, el personal nos dijo que hablásemos con la dueña pero la dueña nunca contesto a nuestras preguntas en booking y tan solo apareció por el hotel para cobrar. Pedimos si nos dejaban ducharnos el segundo día (tienen una ducha compartida) y nos pusieron de excusa que tenían q pagar por la luz así que nos cobraron por la ducha (me parece bien, pero ningún hotel o hostel con un mínimo de servicio hace esto, fue el único en todo el Perú). A la hora de pagar nos quiso hacer el cambio de dólares a soles como ella quiso, CUIDADO! Se excusó en que nosotros teníamos un descuento por ser genius y que claro que tendríamos que pagar un poco más. Al final le enseñamos el justificante con el cambio de moneda de Booking y tuvo que aceptarlo. Si volviera a Arequipa yo me buscaría otro hostel u hotel.

best value for the location, service was excellent. I arrived very early from Peru hop bus and was allowed to use toilet and the storage room for keeping my luggage. many nice restaurants and bars nearby and 5 mins walk to the square. tours they offer are cheap and good too. bed is comfy and toilet is clean and nice hot showers. Very peaceful hostel too and there is a spiral staircase to the rooftop with nice view. TV has many channels and good wifi.

Furnitures abit old but I am fine

- Nice rooms, cleaned everyday - Helpful and lovely staff - Spacious but cold bathroom (luckily with a hot shower which is not so common in Peru) - Amazing location (in the heart of Arequipa and close to many cafes, restaurants and shops)

- Weak WiFi - Very simple breakfast (2 pieces of bread and a little bit of butter and jam + a cup of coffee) - No heater but blankets were provided so we didn't feel cold at night - Cute old style building with security cameras, but unfortunately the door of our room didn't seem secure at all
