We accidentally booked a smoking room and they were able to switch us to a non smoking room which was such a blessing. Staff was amazing and the spa was really nice!
Pillows weren’t great and mattress wasn’t flat/even, you could tell it was old.

There was a noticeable smoking smell on the floor although I was on a non-smoking floor. So I recommend you to ask for 5th floor or higher.

"Wonderful value for money, onsen makes it even better.
Bed was comfortable, onsen nice and clean and you can see how crowded it is from the TV screen in the room.
