I like all the facilities of the Osaka Riverside Hotel. The window view was also amazing. The cleanliness was perfect. Daily cleaning. Razor, facewash, earplugs, tea, and coffee were available.

I have very high standards for cleanliness of hotel rooms and I loved just how clean this one was. The room was nice and big with everything you’ll need without excess. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The area around the station is peaceful and quiet, a nice little haven from the hustle and bustle that comes with metropolitan Osaka but still super accessible from many of the major touristy spots thanks to the Osaka Loop Line. Totally recommend for travelers with little ones.

The property was clean, right next to the Osaka Loop Line Station, the river and a nice sakura park. The room was being cleaned everyday. There are free amenities for all the basic stuff. The staff was nice but they don’t speak english. They use the phone for translation, which is ok.

Room was clean and well furnished. Everything needed was available.
1. Hotel is located near the river obviously but there was no view of the river in our room. The only thing we could see were air cond compressors outside.
2. We could hear thumping from the upstairs room throughout the night.
3. We assumed buffet breakfast would be available based reviews but there was only a Japanese set breakfast provided. No information about this change was mentioned.
