Was very nice and clean. Close to the beaches.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds. Bathroom was very nice. Pool and Tiki bar was nice.

No microwave in the room. Understaffed at the inside bar. Wish it had a free breakfast.

Amazing.

We loved this hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our waitress in the Cafe was wonderful. We would definitely come here again and plan to schedule our next trip to Florida around this hotel and staying there longer. The room and the shower was huge.

Quick romantic getaway.

The Tiki Bar and pool area are perfect to chill out after a day on Nokomis Beach. Chef Rolf's restaurant has some excellent & affordable food choices prime rib & Maine lobster. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms and pool are showing quite a bit of wear but were very cleaning.

It was comfortable enough for a one-night stay.

Empty, well kept parking lot. Both requests made were granted with no surcharge. Bright, clean room. Clean lobby. Fast check-in. The resort’s overall presentation was impressive.

The cabinet where the fridge was located in was hot, the inside of the fridge was warm, couldn’t set the A/C below 72, room smelled a bit like mildew, the toilet was scratched up and slightly dirty, 10AM checkout, and customer service was subpar and apathetic.

Fun, relaxing, and quiet all in one place. We will definitely return.

We liked that we were on the end of the building. There was no noise to speak of except for Saturday. But with all the bar traffic it can be overlooked. We also enjoyed the bars and the restaurant's. Fantastic food and exceptional service.

The pool was a little crowded, but thats ok, we went to the beach.

Superb

This hotel is a hidden gem. Great pool area with Tiki bar & live music some evenings. Friendly staff and fantastic food from Chef Rolf. I stay here regularly - it's a great spot not far from the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

A good night’s sleep.

The bed was really comfortable with good sheets.

The description of the room said “garden view.” It should have said that the room looked out over the parking lot.

Nice atmosphere but not worth the price

Great place if you are looking for a good night around the pool as a family. There was a live band and nice food. Don’t go there for comfort. The room was clean but smelly. In my opinion, a bit overpriced!

Next time I will pay more and stay at a chain hotel with updated rooms and a free breakfast.

The price for this hotel on a Friday night was under $300

The room was small, the shower drain didn't work so you stood in 3 inches of water while you showered. The Keurig didn't work. The place did not feel clean maybe because it was dated. For the price there should have been free breakfast but there was just a restaurant on site.

there was no microwave in the room, there was not even one bottle of water, the furniture was in poor condition, we took a non-smoking room, but it still smells like smoke.

Pool was nice. Resort is definitely more for retirees than families.

Pool and sun deck were clean and relaxing. Other guests were not welcoming to family with young kids.

Staff were not very friendly, most were on their phones while working - front desk and housekeeping. Rooms were musty and only one hook to hang towels/wet swimsuits, etc.

Needs a lot of work to make it right

Shower was good water pressure and it was in a good location for our needs

For the price we paid, first room dirty and had to be moved second room, toilet broken, towel bar and window shades broken. At night it was so light in the room you felt like you were in Alaska in June. Had I not brought eye shade's I would have gotten no sleep. Kid's running up and down the hall after 11pm and doors slamming didn't help either
