Close to the jetties for boats across the lake. Gorgeous views from the rooms. Nice big pool. Friendly staff.
No bar setting for evening drinks. Pool is very shallow. Not enough PowerPoints for device charging. Not near to restaurants and the centre of town.

Location. I have stayed there many times.
The air-conditioners. The one in our room was very loud. The one in my sister's room did not work well.

Too expensive for what they offfer.
Personal is not very friendly nor helpful.
They don’t respect “do not disturb” in the room
They give only one key (card) per room per policy (?!), when we were 2 friends doing different programs, so I was requesting 7-8 times per day to open me the door, waiting in front of the room. Just for this is a reason for no returning.
They are focus on internal policies not in tourist needs.
