The hotel is very clean and the twin room was really very spacious. The beds were excellent, like new and firm - very comfortable. The staff were helpful, especially the lovely men who carried our bags up and down the stairs. The guard was there throughout the night and very vigilant and pleasant. The hotel felt secure despite not having windows that close securely. The location was really good with only a short walk to the Main area and ferries. Lots of cafes and bars fairly close by and a shop opposite the hotel which was very handy for water and snacks.
Very small things that would be so easily sorted and make a big difference. The room is too hot, even in the wet season when we were here it was too hot. There was a fan but it didn’t do much in such a large room. I would not recommend this hotel during hot weather or even warm weather. You will roast! There were no ceiling fans or airco. There are no mosquito nets over the windows and so you can’t just open them to let air in. There was no extra toilet paper - same in both rooms! There was only one tiny bin in the bathroom for toilet paper. There was a large dressing room which was very nice. However the clothes rail had no hangers - so why have hangers? The breakfast only started at 8am so if you leave before then for a trip you can’t have breakfast in the hotel and no solutions offered. No fridge which had been normal for us in other hotels. No hairdryer and it’s cold outside for having wet hair. These are all small things, and do easily rectified. It would not cost them a lot! A pity really as this hotel has such a lot going for it….

La habitación muy linda, tal como se ve en las fotos, la cama bastante cómoda, nos dieron la oportunidad de dejar el vehículo en el estacionamiento mientras hacía el tour en lancha por el lago, eso nos ayudó bastante, la atención del personal excelente!
El hotel tiene en la entrada un taller de motos, entonces es lo primero que uno ve recién llegando, genera un poco de duda si el hotel es ahí o no, también sería bueno poner A/C ya que en las noches se pone muy caliente la habitación y solo hay un ventilador, había un jacuzzi pero no estaba funcionando, lástima! La puerta de la ducha no cerraba completamente tal vez revisar los empaques.

Por motivos de otras actividades, no desayunamos pero todo estuvo muy bien, desde la bienvenida, la atención, el servicio, las instalaciones y habitaciones fueron excelentes.
Que por falta de tiempo y otras actividades que teniamos, no pudimos nadar en la bonita piscina que tienen.

El personal amable
No hay ventilación, sin aire acondicionado y un ventilador pequeño que solo lograba dar ventilación si lo podía a la par, para una habitación grande y dos personas el ventilador era adorno, y fueron oches horriblemente calientes, nos salimos a media noche de la habían y dejar puerta y ventanas hubiera para refrescar un poco y poder dormir.ir
