We have a great time views staff and breakfast were excellent however mattress could use an upgrade, doors should have a shade for privacy also for the sunlight, a better mirror the one in our bathroom you can barely see yourself there’s a lot of stairs so keep that in mind

Really good stay, the views are amazing and the yurts are very well decorated. Dont worry about it being slightly out of Panajachel; a tuk tuk driver is always 10 mins away so there's no delay.
The only issue we had was that our payment cards wouldnt work (we were then told this is because we only had debit cards and required a credit card to pay). This resulted in us having to get a large amount of quetzales out in panajachel. However, i imagine for most this isn't an issue ad thry have a functioning credit card.

Jenna checks ALL the boxes… privacy in your own yurt style room, community in provided breakfast and available incredible dinner and bar in the evening. The food was all fresh and the kitchen was the one of every entertainers dreams. Beds were comfortable and the down comforter was toasty (which was important because it gets cold at night). We were surprised to find there was also a pool at the base of the property. And of course you are overlooking the beautiful lake on ever level. My only caution is there are 207 steps from entrance gate to the very bottom where the pool is. We were about in the middle but got a good bit of exercise. Will go again ASAP.

Amazing place to stay with breathtaking views of the volcanos and lake. Very friendly and personable staff. Very helpful and doing everything they can to make sure one has a memorable stay.

It could have been a great hotel but it is not clean. Our sheets were dirty. It was really cold and no way to get extra blankets. Staff did not arrive until 7:45 am to begin breakfast. As a tourist, it is important to get an early start to the day. We were locked in without access to management until 7:45.

We loved our stay at Jenna’s. They were reachable by what’s app for help and advice. The views are spectacular. The food is delicious. The staff is warm. And the vibes are excellent :)

Jenna’s B&B was such a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous view from the property, super friendly staff, always helpful. Really loved our stay there. It is a little bit out of the city center but only a fee minutes by tuk tuk.

Jenna’s Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay with a great view of the lake. It’s you don’t want to be in the middle of the craziness of the town this is where you want to be in Panajachel. Ivan and Jenna are great hosts. Thank you.

We had such a comfortable stay at Jenna’s. The views from the room were spectacular and the staff was very helpful. Ivan, who runs the property, recommended Panajachel restaurants and daytime itineraries- and even got us tuktuks when we needed them. Enjoyed our time at Jenna’s!!

We loved our stay at Jenna's bed & breakfast so much! The view was incredible from our private deck. My partner and I got engaged right there overlooking Lake Atitlán!! The breakfast was amazing with homemade tortillas and fresh fruit. Highly recommend this place to stay. However, it is not walkable to Panajachel. You need to take a tuk tuk which the front desk can arrange - it's easy and fun!

Such a nice place to stay in Panajachel. Yven was so helpful and courteous our entire stay. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. There were a few bugs, but that is expected since the property is surrounded by nature. Excellent breakfast!

We had an incredible stay here! Yvan was so helpful and friendly and helped us get everything we needed. He swiftly arranged for us to have massages at the property the day we arrived which was such a treat. The rest of the staff was great and we always got swift assistance with anything we needed.

This place is gorgeous and has everything needed for a nice stay. Yvan was very welcoming and helpful and the kitchen staff was great. The only issue I had was that the hot water was not working while I was there, but everything else was awesome!!

Tge incredible views were offset by barking dogs that kept us up all night. The staff was friendly but they charged far too much for food and services. The rooms are very simple, with gaps in the doors and inexplicably no fan in the room. Guests also have to factor in the cost of a Tuk Tuk ride to and from the hotel for every excursion into town. If we had it to do over, we would stay elsewhere.

Very peaceful! Yvan the manager is so helpful. Staff our awesome! Stunning views of the Lake Attitlan. The only recommendation is to change the pillows to a firmer ones and a blackout curtain. Otherwise, it’s a perfect stay. Also, they make the best Tortilla ever! Shoutout to Gabriella for showing us how to make it.

Staff very helpful in planning any event you want to do in the area! Sit you down and provide a map of the lake and some attractions. They were an immense help providing a shuttle service from the pacific coast for us when we couldn’t find any service to come get us.

Jenna’s is a lovely boutique collection of individual, private yurts, nestled into the side of a small mountain. The views of Lake Atitlán are exquisite. The service and food were excellent, and the staff recommendations of Tuk Tuk driver, Lino, and activities to do, were perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed the full Guatemalan breakfasts (included) and excellent fish dinners and fresh cocktails prepared by Jenna’s kitchen & bar staff. But neither our room nor private balcony had a view of the Lake, and our shower was designed so poorly it flooded the floor. Bathroom door also squeaked terribly whenever opened, waking others. Outdoor pool was dirty and cold, pool area did not have view or sun, and was not inviting. Sauna was broken during our 4 night stay. Dogs in the area barked incessantly. Plus side: views of night sky & stars were phenomenal; and Jenna connected us with terrific tour guides, recommended great activities & sights to see, and facilitated an appointment with a doctor at a local clinic when one in our party got sick.

Jenna's B&B was absolutely perfect for our stay in Panajachel. Before we arrived, we saw some negative reviews, which we were very happy to find out were either untrue or misguided.
It's important to know beforehand that you're staying in an upscale yurt-style dwelling. It's not fair to go in anticipating fancy rooms and fine dining. However, you can expect a clean and comfortable stay with a welcoming and caring staff. The restaurant was like eating in a Guatemalan home with fresh and local ingredients. The views are truly awe inspiring and made the property a wonderful place to stay and just hang out.
To those worried about bugs — yes, there were some (as can be expected for the location), however we never felt unsafe or got any bites. We did bring a bug net after reading some reviews, but it was probably overkill.
Jenna was so welcoming and helped us with private transportation from the airport. Since she's been in Panajachel for quite a while, she has an excellent network of trustworthy people around the town, and was really helpful in getting us a tuk tuk ride for our 5am bird tour!
We would absolutely recommend Jenna’s B&B and would stay there again if we go back to Panajachel!

Arriving at Jenna's was like landing in paradise. Beautiful property and amazing views. Jenna and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were huge and fresh. I recommend a yurt at the top of the property if you have weak knees or legs as it's a lot of stairs to climb. I'm so glad I chose this property and would recommend to anyone.

Check in involved us asking every person we could find where to check in and people just shrugging until the fifth person. That person was as helpful as she could be though. But there wasn't really a check in, no info about the property or such.
