Los recepcionistas son muy groseros, entrando te avisan que si una toalla se mancha son $100 dólares por mancha, ofrecen servicio de alberca y cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que están fuera de servicio. Sientes toda tu estancia como si incomodaras. No lo recomendaría.

Excelente ubicación frente al lago, cerca de sitios de interés, cuenta con parqueo y área de juegos y piscina
En cierto momento se nos presentó problema de agua para los sanitarios y baños

O quarto é amplo e as roupas de cama e banho são boas e tudo é bem limpo. Os funcionários são gentis. Tem ventilador e cortina black-out.
É relativamente barato, comparado com outros estabelecimentos.
Ainda bem que o desjejum não está incluído, assim pude ir tomar desjejum em locais mais agradáveis com vista e acesso ao lago.
O banheiro é bem antigo, muito difícil de regular a água quente. Não tem ar condicionado
Não é permitido o levar toalhas para o lago, o que é um absurdo se a grande atração de Panajachel é o lago.
Quando reclamei a funcionária me explicou que eu poderia levar se não causasse danos e só uma toalha de banho por dia e após levar ao lago poderia no dia seguinte poderia trocar por outra... ou pagar 10 Quetzales para ter outra
