Beautiful gardens and facilities, clean bathrooms with hot showers, great breakfast, comfy and clean bed, quiet surroundings at night.
WiFi was good. No AC but a ceiling fan which was sufficient for us.
Electricity sockets next to the bed (including USB charging)
Laundry service is possible with extra cost.

The room size was great- huge for a single person in a private room
The staff was helpful / nice
It is quite close to the lanchas
The pool didn’t look clean and I didn’t see anyone in it.
The proximity of the room to the street made it a bit loud.
No hot water at all. Compared to another stay a few blocks over which cost about one third of the price for a private room, it’s not worth the cost. I just can’t function without warm water. The weather here is not sweltering so a freezing shower is not ideal.

It was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms where nice. Location amazing.
The pool though. I was excited to swim in the pool but when I got there the pool look not well kept. The pool was green and clouded. And my room didn’t contain any towels turns out I have to pay to rent out a towel. Didn’t like that.

Liked the dining area and pool.
VERY low lighting in room. Two bunks with privacy curtains but other two beds have NO PRIVACY. Staff was hostile to guests in dining room. Events always started really late.
