We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location couldn't be better—just steps from Lake Atitlan, the water, and the center of town. We loved the pool, the comfortable beds, and the convenience of having both parking and breakfast included. They easily accommodated our large group across five rooms. They also provided a connection to a great boat to take us across the lake. We went to Casa del Mundo and San Juan. There was also a beautiful market next door to the hotel, I believe Wednesday mornings where we got great deals for souvenirs.
A few areas need improvement: noise was a major issue, as the thin walls meant you could hear everything—from doors opening and closing to people walking up and down the stairs. The property also felt a bit run-down and lacks basic amenities, like smart TVs and complimentary shampoo or conditioner. With a few updates and better soundproofing, it could be much better.
