Everything especially the room it was very comfortable to be there even if it was for four people Because we got the suite as a12-year-old girl me and my sister(10 years old) loved the hanging bridges in the zip lines
The property was very nice so there wasn’t anything I didn’t like although the food gave me and my sister are a terrible tummy ache now recommendable

We were upgraded to a very comfortable room and helped to have a very nice stay there
We had appreciated to have a little fridge to star age in the room our médecins

We loved the location being in nature and far away from the city crowds. The breakfast was pretty good and it was nice to have access to the reserve and explore.
Arriving late due to traffic it was hard to find someone to help us check in.

Surrounded by nature yet close to Panajachel
Focus was on day visitors . Restaurant closed at 5 pm . Alternatives were: tuk tuk to Panajachel town : walk ( 20 mins) : dinner at close by Hotel Atitlan or another restaurant maybe 10 minute walk . Service was slow , often no member of staff around . Not particularly engaging staff . Expensive stay
