The specialy designed chair and wide beds.
The swiming pool was advertised as open (and written so in the lift and at the reception), but when we came they said that it is closed. We would not decide for this hotel if we knew that.
Rooms are fine but bathroom needs a lot of adaptation. Showers are static, small and in bad condition.
Breakfast is really poor for a three stars hotel. We asked in the evening if there are eggs for breakfast and at the reception they said yes, but there was no eggs at breakfast and salami and bread was really cheap. There was only a lot of sweets.
I asked for tools for shaving at the reception in the evening to buy (I forgot it in previous hotel) but they did not have the simplest thing or idea to help.
