For the price I got I can’t really complain 59,35 euros . That’s why you got 10 ! plus the breakfast is really excellent !!
but should the price be normal then
Wifi not working for a 4 star hotel this should never happen whatsoever is the cause it should be resolved in less than 1 hour because i am sure you reservation system didn’t suffer for 1 whole day of not having internet ??
secondly the air conditioning system is very noisy ( not so good for such a luxurious hotel )
and the door of the shower is falling apart
I understand you are opening but still I saw the owner of your hotel in the breakfast room
instead of looking to his pool he should maybe check on the important issues .

It was very modern, close to the beach. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful view of the sea.
The beds were not comfortable and the pillows too firm for my comfort.

The restaurant and their dishes were remarkable.
The hotel looks nice from the street. If you enter inside you see pretty reception and everything like corridors are newly refurbished. However while you enter the room (and we payed more for room with seaview), you are suddenly little nit dissapointed. The rooms and their equipment are obsolete. The A/C didn’t work properly and the bed was very uncomfortable.
There are also nice swimming pool, but during afternoon it becomes quite dirty.

Staff doent speak english. Poor breakfast, same every. Rooms needs refurbishment.
