The apartment was very nice and well located, clean and comfortable. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, saunas and a walk to the city.
The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating.
Some bathroom products and washing powder would be nice.

[1] Good location in a modern/new building with elevator and close to Oslo Central Station, Munch Museum, and Opera house.
[2] Good view of green space outside.
[3] Clean apartment especially the bathroom.
[4] Clear instructions on recycling/trash (drop off in the building) upon check-out.
[1] Not enough pillows for beds or for the living room couch. A total of 3 pillows for 2 beds for the whole apartment. This arrangement not very inviting.
[2] Uncomfortable couch without extra throw pillows. My back was hurting and I could not find a comfortable position while watching TV.
[3] Lack of decor; empty walls. A touch of art/color would brighten up this whole apartment and make it feel more like a comfortable stay rather than just a place to sleep and leave quickly.
[4] Check-in was 30-min later than advertised; any delay in check-in after long journey is unwelcome.
[5] Only clothes washer here; how are you supposed to dry any clothes that are washed in the bathroom unit? What is the point of just having clothes washer by itself?
[6] Lack of instructions on what to do in case of building fire alarm; neighbor set-off smoke detector using toaster and building alarm was on for good 15-20 minutes. A whole bunch of residents had to leave building and were standing around in cold weather until building manager arrived to silence alarm. The smoke detectors are all tied into a floor control panel that only has Norwegian writing and not intuitive at all.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the location was very good. Close to the train station and city centre, and lots of restaurants and amenities close by. Lots of wardrobes and storage space.
The bed was horrible. 2 bottom mattresses put together, but they kept slipping apart so kept falling into a gap in the middle. There were only 2 very tiny pillows in the bed, and no extra in the wardrobe. But the staff brought extras the next day after I requested it. The kitchen could have had some more utensils, cutlery, glasses and proper coffee mugs. The balcony was nice but missing proper furniture. TV should have some international channels, and the casting option didn't work properly.
