Clean spacious apartment within easy reach of station.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment, easy walk from the station and bus terminal. Good communication from owner. Quiet area.

It was not horrible but several things threw us off. We would not book this again.

The location of the apartment close to the Central Station and the City Center was great. Also it was overall clean and practical for a bigger group with 4 separate bedrooms.

There were several things that threw us off. 1. Even though clean, the bathroom smelled really bad like a public toilet. The smell got better over time but did not go away completely. 2. One morning around 8:30 the host texted me that his wife was going to come into the flat in 5 (!) min. to get something. I was still asleep and did not answer but she came in anyway. My friend heard her enter the flat and got pretty scared. I never had a host just enter my apartment before, especially wothout communicating it well in advance and waiting for my approval. We thought that was impossible!!! 3. There was no flexibility for the check-in. They let us wait in the rain until 3 pm before sending check-in information. 4. Overall the flat was a little old and not in the best shape. It did not really look like the picture. The equipment in the kitchen was not apt to cook for 6, let alone 8 people. Only two pretty small pots, only 5 glasses, 1 spoon, 5 chairs etc.

Expensive for average apartment

Location was near to the station. The locality was not very great though…host was flexible in check in time.

The apartment is little noisy with exhaust making continuous noise. Old apartment with average clean and facility e.g kitchen exhaust was very dirty.

A bit too "Cozy" stay in central Oslo, with lots of beds and onsite parking. Maybe plan to dine out.

The accommodation has plenty of sleeping room for a large group, which we appreciated. It is nicely located in central Oslo, walking distance from nearby shopping, parks and the cities centre and tourist sites. We had a rental vehicle and the onsite parking right below the building was immensely helpful to us. Yes you have to pay for it, but it is on par with other parking in the area.

The apartment was smaller than expected, especially the living and kitchen area. The photos on the website make it appear larger than it is. The dining table is really just a folding card table! while the 4 bedrooms could accommodate up to 8 people, the living area would be too crowded to really do anything together in that space. We planned to cook for ourselves while here, and that was needlessly challenging as there were so few useful utensils in the kitchen. The largest pot was about 1.5 litres, the only fry pan was 6 inches wide, and there was no coffee maker. I would encourage the owner to consider the needs of the largest group his place can accommodate and upgrade the kitchen tools accordingly.
