Beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Kilburn. Lovely room, comfy beds, good food and the staff were super helpful. Good transport links and a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Black Lion for a concert at Wembley. The stadium is a short tube ride from Kilburn (4 stops). Kilburn station is just a 5 min walk from hotel. Camden Town is also within easy reach from Brondesbury Train Station. So its a great location for exploring.
The hotel bar area is stunning as soon as you walk through the door and it's the same standard throughout the hotel.
Our room was very spacious and the decor was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
We both had a great night sleep, even though the hotel is situated on a busy high street. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff are all very friendly and very welcoming. Shame we only stayed one night!

A beautiful building, everything was pristine. We had a lovely warm welcome and were shown around. The rooms are very spacious and pretty. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely. The tube station is just a five minute walk down the road.

My son and I were looking for a unique place to stay in London and we found it at the Black Lion Pub. The bar downstairs had an amazing old-world ambiance and a great selection of beers on tap. The hotel was quite close to the trains going downtown London. There were plenty of restaurants nearby of various ethnicity. And plenty of pubs to do a pub crawl. The breakfast in the morning was very good!
The one downside that I saw was that with plenty of luggage for a multi-week Europe trip, there was no elevator. And we were put on the top floor. We did get help with the luggage going up to the room which was very helpful.
