Location and casual layout, reception staff very friendly, helpful and professional
Some restaurant and bar staff were less helpful and on occasion abrupt. Breakfast was ‘OK’ but often very busy.

Location was very nice.
The photos of the room we booked was most likely from when the room was new.
The wallpaper was old and staring to loos grip at many joints. The plaster ceiling in the bathroom was hanging from moist giving a 5cm opening into the above area with electricals for the downlight. (light that did work when you hit it once or twice every day)
