Location, view, design and food
AC not working. Rooms, entrance and some places had mould smell.

Stayed here for several nights and would return without hesitation. The rooms were clean, hot water was never an issue, and everything just worked — no complaints on the facilities side. The real highlight was the front desk staff. Rincheen, Dotma, and Nimi genuinely looked after you, every time I needed something, it was taken care of straight away.
