Greenwoods Thekkady is a beautiful, peaceful property surrounded by lush greenery and nature. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the entire resort had a wonderful ambience. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially loved the serene atmosphere, excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and the beautiful pool area. The location is also excellent for exploring Thekkady while still providing a relaxing retreat.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike about our stay. Everything was well organized and comfortable. If anything, we would have loved to stay a few more nights to enjoy the property and its peaceful surroundings even more!

We had a regenerating stay at this hotel after visiting Tamil Nadu for two.weeks. The location is superb, the staff are extremely well trained and motivated to help. The traditional dance perfomed by a professional dancer is as delightful as.it is educational. The afternoon tea in the garden and the evening bonfire are hugely appreciated.
The fridge could be more silent.

Location staff was good welcoming friendly
Jacuzzi was cold cannot say it’s a jacuzzi. It’s takes 24 hours to heat up one day before as per the staff . Food was delayed for one to two hours for lunch . There was some confusion with the orders . We had to upgrade the room because it’s not up to the expectations. The jacuzzi and pool was cold . Even the main swimming pool did not have water regulator. To. Have medium temperature. We upgraded to presidential room but also was very hot the water . Either very cold or very hot not for children. Hopefully next time the pool will have medium temperature so all people can enjoy. Food standards also needs to be upgraded as 5 star with timings of drinks very late and not served on time.
