Convenient location, very attentive staff, clean, nicely appointed, good restaurant, beutiful surroundings, authentic Traditional English experience
The inner layout is not practical for older people or anyone with mobility limitations, there is no lift and to get to the room there were several intricate flights of stairs. The staff is very solicitous and will help carry luggage but overall it is not the easiest access to the rooms

Room was clean and comfortable, bar area and restaurant were clean and and comfortable
Nothing really, only slight complaint in our room was that the wash basin was too close to the toilet.

Location was good for work
Phone signal is dreadful, which isn’t there fault but the WiFi was terrible as well. The room was so hot, the fan did nothing.
