Nice decor. Evening meal good. Car parking good.
For a double room the wardrobe was so small as to be for only 1 person. Limited choice for breakfast. Charging extra £2.59 for another sausage or piece of bacon.

Room was very good, clean and had everything you would need.
Dinner was very nice and a great selection of courses.
Breakfast had a great choice of foods.
Staff were all very nice, polite and knowledgeable.
Nothing, everything was good

I was having a problem amending my booking and a member of staff, named prem really helped me. Thank you
I was there for room only so the price I paid seemed expensive to me. Thank you

Evening dinner food was very nice.
Staff were very helpful in the main - especially with the considerable difficulty in accessing the bedroom.
Room was dark and dingy, not at all inviting.
We appreciate it is an old building but you should make guests aware of the tortuous twists, turns and steps involved in reaching certain bedrooms so we could have asked for an alternative.
Breakfast system of choices rather disappointing.
