Didn't feel it was value for money. We had booked a family room for 2 adults and our son and when we arrived the sofa wasnt made up into a 2nd bed, we had to do this ourselves and hunt around for the pillows etc. We only had 2 towels, we asked for another towel and the lady we saw (lady who checked us in) couldn't find any bath towels so gave us 2 hand towels which we had to accept as there was no alternative.
The shower was poor, it was difficult to wash as there was very little power coming out of it.
The toilet was hit and miss whether it would flush.
At over £200 for the night we didnt think it represented good value for money which is disappointing as it was my birthday present from my husband and son.
