Was close to the old town and good value for money. They also let us check in early as well as we arrived at 1100 and let us have room at that time rather than us just leaving bags and going back
Was a bit like a hostel but with private bathroom and the were very insistent that key was handed in each time you went out

Easily walkable to town, bus & train stations.
Basic but clean and comfortable. Good cafe (O Seu) just around the corner for breakfast & nightcaps! A great VFM stay.
Shower bracket broken so had to use one- handed.

Budget, no frills accom. Would recommend for solo travellers or couple if you want to save money but don’t want to go to hostel. Rooms are spacious, Aircon very good. Rooms cleaned properly daily. Central location. Restaurant/ bar down the road on the corner that’s handy to go to very close to accomm.
Not much, the rooms with balcony make a big difference to your stay. The ringing of the doorbell everytime you want to get back into the hotel was also adjustment but you were always let in straight away. I think this is just for safety. The showers are basic, but you get what you pay for.
