Had a really great stay at Destino26 Hostel. The place was always super clean and well organized, which made it feel really comfortable from day one. The staff were also amazing and friendly, helpful and with a great vibe all the time. You can tell they really care about the guests and the atmosphere of the hostel. Definitely recommended if you’re staying in Montevideo!

Location is in a good and safe neighborhood.
NO door lock for the room and generally no key.
Lock for locker needed to be brought by myself too (basically no good safety - also not many checks on people who enter).
Kitchen and things there semi clean...
The AC in the room smelled heavily (maybe even mould...) and the sheets were so so.
