A lovely family friendly hotel which was the perfect place to unwind before catching our flight. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was delicious and generous. While some older amenities, there is a rustic charm and it's so much warmer than sterile cookie cutter hotels.
Hot water was a bit touch and go but as it was quite warm weather we didn't mind too much.

Adventure Inn is our go to place to stay in San Jose. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, pet friendly and always willing to accommodate a special request.

Unique and quirky with a nice pool and offered good breakfast.
Unfortunately large tour groups arrived and were very loud and disruptive late at night and early morning causing lots of disturbance which is not what you need before a long flight. Rooms a little tired and air con in our daughters room was very loud. Hotel owners did acknowledge the noise issues and offered us a future complimentary stay at the hotel but as we are from UK, this is not something we are ever likely to take up.
