Location and price is key for this one. Very personal managed. Friendly staff. The right hotel if you just need a place to sleep and explore Paris otherwise.
Not allowed to take the key out and not able to enter or leave without the receptionist makes it feel weird. If you plan to spend time in your hotel then this is not your choice.

Cleanliness, Security, near to metro and bus stop and connectivity to all locations, good breakfast and staff is very polite and supportive.
Slightly expensive, otherwise it is very good. must recommended.

I liked the spot and the location of the hotel and it was clean and nice and ok to the value for money
The facilities are extremely limited and you can hear the TV from your neighbor room, and defiantly every 10-15 min you can and feel the sound of train but it was ok for me but could be hard for someone has issues with sensitive sleeping

air conditioned, man at reception during the day very helpful. Interesting location, shopping.
WiFi didn't work in my room on my Macbook other than 2 x 30 minute periods.
Rooms are very brown. Rates are fairly high and change often.
