The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to Lazare st but in a quite street. The cleanliness, comfortable bedding and insulstion are well very satisfactory
The elevator is a bit small but I guess that is normal for such cramped buildings

The location is so good, right next to some metro & bus lines.
Air conditioning worked very well.
It is quite clean.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
The variety of breakfast can be better.
Paying 12€ can go outside to have breakfast at Starbucks at cheaper price but more choices. It’s just across the street.

Convenient for Gare St Lazard. Otherwise a pretty typical Parisian hotel - adequate room with pleasant bathroom. Helpful staff.

Only had breakfast once . The room was very small felt clostraphobic with two of us. More like a single room. Not happy i had to pay again for my stay at the hotel. Still awaiting money back.
