Great service. Well located. Nice room.

Room was a decent size for Paris. Enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was adequate. Leo was exceptionally helpful.

Parfait

The personnel was absolutely lovely and helpful with all our questions and needs. The hotel has a very comfortable lobby, which was particularly nice as we were traveling for work so we could meet there. A big Merci to Leo, Janne, Chang and all the other personnel for going above and beyond to help their guests. Rooms were beautiful and clean, breakfast was excellent, good coffee available all day.

Very good

Excellent location, with metro stations nearby as well as numerous restaurants and shopping streets. Staff of the hotel -especially the receptionists - were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and provided assistance whenever needed. The room was nice and spacious.

The breakfast options were quite limited. The fridge inside the room didn't remain cold. Additionally, some corners of the room weren't properly cleaned.

Room quite small at the top of the hotel, with steel girders bending in the walls, causing one to stoop.

Superb

Location is perfect, lots of major places of interest in 10-15 min walk or up to 20 min by metro. There are several metro stations nearby. A lot of restaurants, cafes nearby, a supermarket is really close as well. The hotel is situated at a nice little street which is calm and not too noisy. The room has all the necessities, great shampoo, shower gel, etc. The hotel staff is great and very helpful, thanks!

Pillows are not comfortable. Also there were quite a lot of stains on the carpet and curtains, but the room cleaning is very good. The room is small for the price but that’s normal for Paris - just something I noticed.

Excellent option for Paris.

Room has an excellent size for the Parisian standards, hotel location is fantastic, steps away from Place de Madeleine and from a subway station. Bathroom is bigger than most hotels of the same category in Paris. Staff is very helpful and all facilities very clean. Also very silent rooms.

The only problem the hotel has is that the in room control of the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. Although we set the temperature at the minimum, it was probably central controlled.

Exceptional

Staying there was such a pleasant part of our trip to Paris! We enjoyed every moment. The location is extremely convenient, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are almost soundproof. We will be happy to stay here again.

Great location. Very convenient to walk to many sites.

The room was much smaller than we expected. There was no closet to put our clothes and luggage. Otherwise, very recommended.

Perfect home base hotel for exploring the city

Great location super close to metro and bus stops for quick access all over city. Staff were super helpful and attentive.

Breakfast is pricey for what it is but nonetheless was nice to have that available if needed.

Nice hotel near Madeleine

Property was clean, in a convenient location and the staff was super-friendly.

There was no air flow in the room. There were vents, but we were unable to turn on any fans to have air-movement in the room. Luckily there was a window we could open, but still no air flow.

Location. Personnel. Vast room. Clean. Close to almost everything. 5 minutes walk to La Fayette and Printemps.

It can be a bit less expensive. Breakfast can be richer for the amount the hotel is charging.
