Great location.

It's in a great spot with the beach directly out the front. Zero noise although I think we were the only ones in our block.

Gret apartment for a family of six stay in Mooloolaba.

Fantastic location on the spit, close to all that Mooloolaba has to offer. Access straight onto the excellent broadwalk and just across from the beach.

Older build with thin walls so a bit noisy.

Enjoyable

Great location with easy walking to beach, shops, wharf etc. Beds were very comfortable and Fiona at reception was very accommodating and friendly.

Overpriced and disappointing.

Fabulous location, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Staff helpful and quick to respond to problems. Great kitchen and outdoor area. Set away from the centre of the town, so it was quite peaceful but still accessible. Lovely pool area with heated pool. Everything was very clean. Great walkway right in front of patios with easy access from ground floor units. Lots of cupboard space.

The lounge suite had seen better days with springs and cushioning worn out in places. Dining chairs rickety. Beds too bouncy and uncomfortable (one had a broken support on it) for us, but may suit others, so a good night's sleep was not possible. Power went off for some reason on last days. Initial repair was quick and we thought complete until next day when we had no hot water. Price for stay and impression given was in keeping with luxury accommodation but unfortunately it fell short. No cleaning service supplied or available during an 11 day stay. Linen changed once, but there is washing facilities. Blinds don't fully cover windows, so bedrooms very bright in the mornings.

Had a good time, just missed the promised view, IT WAS WHAT WE WENT FOR.

Comfortable and clean, location is great, a very short walk to the beach.

Description said there were ocean views, and there was nothing of the sort. We could see the back of a scrub covered dune. I doubt even the penthouse had an ocean view, all we had was the sound of the waves.

Great location, facilities and very comfortable for family of four

The accommodation was a great size for our family of four with all the facilities we required. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool almost every day. The thing we loved the most was the ideal location. A short walk to The Wharf, Mooloolaba shops, the end of the spit and two patrolled beaches meant it was not too far from anything and reasonably quiet. It was beautiful eating breakfast looking at the bush/scrub over the balcony and listening to the birds. The manager was very responsive to a couple of issues we had.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom was not working properly (we were told it had only been reported the morning we arrived). The manager had arranged for the repair men to look at it the next day but they couldn't fix it, so we had a partially working a/c. The WiFi could only be used in the lounge room as it didn't reach down to the bedrooms, nor could it be setup on the TV so we couldn't use our Netflix or Disney+ accounts. Not a huge issue though.

Exceptional

We love Beachcomber on the spit. Lovely modern apartment right on the boardwalk and beach. We just park the car and everything is in walking distance. We love that we just walk out straight onto the beach. It's our favourite place to stay. Fiona is always so helpful. We will be back again soon.

We had a two bedroom apartment with a huge private terrace and it was comfortable and well presented.

Its proximity to the boardwalk, the beach, the wharf, restaurants and the shops.

We had no complaints but would suggest that an update to the BBQ to a Weber type would be a bonus. We did note that some other apartments had been upgraded.

Perfect location, beds not good

Perfect location Beautiful home Spacious home fully loaded with all kitchen stuff, washing machine, dryer and 3 bathrooms. View is good 2 TVs and speaker system available Free parking Aircon in all rooms

Wish there are ceiling fans or standing fans - personal preference Beds were horrible, master bed was noisy, mattresses were not good, you sink in when sit/sleep.

A wonderful 7 days wished we’d had longer.

spacious and very well equipped. Out the door straight to board walk or beach.

It’s only a small matter but a mat in living area might be nice.

Perfect beach getaway

A stone's throw from the beach, this property was everything we hoped for. Easy access to shops, parking and, of course the beautiful beach. I needed to be online for a conference call for the week and the wifi didn't let me down.

very disappointed - would not return or recommend

The property is in a great location however our stay went down hill from there. Very disappointed. Our check in was late dispute being told that earlier that morning that the room would be ready. The kitchen was dirty, the oven trays were not cleaned at all. The dishwasher was broken and I was told that another one would be fitted the next day but never was nor was there any follow up by reception dispute chasing everyday. The extraction fan did not work and was also very dirty. Worst of all the WiFi only worked in the kitchen and not the rest of the apartment. that is totally unacceptable in this day and age when families want space to work and retreat to bedrooms.

Being elderly we found the tiled floors throughout a little hard on the body and it also made the apartment noisy. A big rug in the lounge area might help mitigate this.

Great location and very comfortable modern apartment.

Clean, modern and quiet location while still close to Main Street of Mooloolaba.

wifi was great in most areas of the apartment but weak in the master bedroom.

Very good stay

It was great location, nice apartment Fiona was very friendly and helpful. Love the boardgames in the cupboard.

- Needed to use a key to exit the fire escape door to get to the carpark. Using a key for fire escape is not ideal and safe. - Not a pram or wheelchair friendly complex. Need to carry stairs of pool and go the long way out the undercover carpark to wheel out. - For the money spent to stay, foxtel would be ideal. Need to supply conditioner in showers, not just shampoo.

Enjoyed our stay even with the bad weather. Well worth a return visit. Would recommend Beachcomber

Close to good restaurants near by Moving from parking to lift to unit so easy. Trolleys handily located to take luggage to unit. Bed was a bit high for me. Great to hear the waves at night. Good to have roof garden available but bad weather meant we didn’t use it . Bad weather curtailed lots of our plans but I know all would have been good without the raina

Someone to be in the office when we arrived. Time wasted trying to figure out how to operate things. We never did find out how to work the stove. Need to know definite times when office open . Perhaps this is not a problem in the busy rimes. Things could be difficult without a mobile phone. Not everyone has a mobile.

Disappointing

Did not the way my family was treated by Anthony when we asked for a spare sheet - then to find out I was charged $50 for the sheet is outrageous - Anthony needs to back off and know his place and learn a bit more about customer service

Best in Mooloolaba

Fiona is fabulous. We stayed in terrace apartments. Rooms were very clean and large. All facilities we needed. We had a shower head come off due to age and fiona had a plumber there in record time and it was fixed. Service is tops. Right next to beach. Loved everything about our stay.

Just fabulous

Hosts were amazing and informative. Fiona is very easy to deal with. We booked multiple rooms on the terrace and it was right next to beach. Very well kept and clean. Kids enjoyed pool.
